Professional background

Thomas was admitted to the Monaco Bar in 2016. He creates a partnership with Thomas GIACCARDI and joins his firm in January 2019.

Graduated in private law and criminal sciences, his practice focuses on business law and criminal law.

Previously, he used to work for several Law Firms, located either in the Principality of Monaco or abroad, and headed a legal consultancy firm in Monaco.

In February 2018, Thomas was elected Member of the Monegasque Parliament and appointed as Chairman of the Legislation Committee. In that capacity, he was e.g. Rapporteur of Laws strengthening the Anti-Money Laundering, Financing on Terrorism and Corruption Mechanism, the protection of persons against defamation and insult.

He is also a member of the Commission for Updating Monegasque Codes.
