Stefano MORRI

About

Stefano is specialized in M&A and Business Law. Experienced in corporate taxation management for one of Italy's most important private groups, he became Managing Partner of the Italian legal and tax firm affiliate of Deloitte. He started his professional carrier as international taxation specialist, then devoted mainly to the legal profession. Graduated in Law and Business Administration, he specialized in international taxation at the IFA in Amsterdam, attended the courses for Business Lawyers and in Advanced Taxation Law at Bocconi University in Milan. He sits as statutory auditor and director in the boards of both Italian and foreign important listed and unlisted companies. He wrote numerous articles for sector magazines on taxation and Business Law.
