Simon is a Solicitor in the firm’s Compensation Division specialising in serious injury cases caused through clinical negligence or personal injury.  His expertise includes complex clinical injury cases assisting individuals and families obtain long term support and security through the award of damages. Simon provides lifetime care with his work in the capacity of Trustee and Deputy.

Experience:

Simon leads the firm's personal injury work on high value personal injury cases, as well as undertakes clinical negligence cases.  He works with charities and other organisations to help families understand what it means to suffer a serious injury. He is a professional trustee for a number of trusts, managing damages awards to ensure the professional care for clients and their families continues for many years after their injury.

Simon is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
