Graduated with honors in Law from the Università degli Studi in Perugia and attended the postgraduate Law school program at the same university. She also attended an Ipsoa Master course in Extraordinary Operations. She was an assistant in Civil Law at the Law department of the Università degli Studi in Perugia and in Commercial Law at the Economics department of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. She is a member of the Italian Bar – Milan. She has been collaborating since 2004 with major Italian firms, mainly dealing with Corporate Law, extraordinary operations and commercial contracts and also gaining extensive experience in corporate and debt restructuring.
