Richard is Managing Partner of Rix & Kay and a member of the firm’s specialist commercial property team.

With over 25 years experience in commercial property, he works with some of the firm’s most important clients, helping them to manage their commercial property interests to deliver both sustainable revenue streams and a sound base for successful business operations.

Richard’s clients include property developers, property investment businesses, farmers and rural businesses, landowners, banks and pension funds.

He has also developed a strong and influential network of other professionals in the region and has a reputation of bringing project teams together that can deliver a seamless service to his clients.

As a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association, he has a detailed understanding of the rural property sector and the particular needs and issues that are often presented to those who are managing land development projects, farms and agricultural property, as well industrial and business parks.
