Philip is a corporate and commercial solicitor specialising in advising locally-based owner managed businesses, particularly large and small medical practices, larger international clients as well as charity and voluntary organisations.

Experience:

With over 30 years post qualification experience, Philip is well known for his ability to advise on a range of complex issues. He advises clients in all sectors, ranging from haulage to healthcare.

Philip provides advice on corporate transactions, joint ventures, company shareholder and partnership issues, commercial agreements, contracts and intellectual property matters. He has experience of banking and secured lending and has worked with major banks, both domestically and internationally.  Philip is also skilled in dealing with commercial property, supporting and advising commercial and private clients on property transactions, development and estate management work.  Philip has an excellent depth of knowledge of the healthcare sector, including international distribution.
