Expertise and professional education
Miriam graduated in Law and Economics from ESADE Business School. After attending several international Universities such as Georgetown University or King’s College, she took the oppotunity of an exchange program in a LL.M. in USA. She then became an Economist while finishing her LLM in Spain. She is experienced as a judicial expert in Court, in matters such as banking law, insolvency proceedings and debt recovery. Her multidisciplinar profile makes her very capable in corporate matters and business law. In recent years, she has been involved in helping foreign companies establish in Spain, advisory in tax and employment law for companies and EU trademark law. Her colleagues praise her for being very resourceful, eager and determined in each matter she approaches.
