Mateusz specializes in Polish, German and EU competition law. His professional interests focus in particular on antitrust proceedings and damages actions for the breach of competition law. He has experience in cases involving regulated markets, the transport industry and collusive tendering.Mateusz received his law degree from the University of Silesia in Katowice and he also completed the German Law School organized by Jagiellonian University in collaboration with Johannes-Gutenberg University of Mainz and Ruprecht-Karl University of Heidelberg.

He also graduated from the University of Heidelberg (LL.M. in German and European law)
