Jolene has more than 15 years’ experience as a family solicitor and is ranked as a leader in her field in Chambers and a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500 for the current year. Jolene is also one of the few regional lawyers to have been ranked in Spears 500 a leading high-net worth publication.

Jolene’s expertise covers a wide range of family law matters with particular emphasis on complex financial cases arising on divorce for high-net worth clients. Career cases include a divorce with assets, including trust assets and companies, worth over £10 million. Another recent case concerns a young couple, still building wealth but one party is earning £1.5 million a year including bonuses.

During her career, Jolene has dealt with and continues to deal with complex children cases, including applications for leave to remove children from the jurisdiction and also financial claims (Schedule 1 claims) in respect of children born to unmarried parents.
