Joanna trained as a dispute resolution lawyer qualifying in 1992 and joining IBB in 1999.

During her career at IBB Joanna has worked in a number of roles including head of technology and information services; compliance partner; deputy MLRO; COLP; and most recently operations director.

Joanna completed an MBA at Cranfield School of Management in 2008.

As Managing Partner, Joanna will be responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, attracting and retaining exceptional people and making sure the firm is ready to deliver the highest standards of client service in all the communities we serve.
