Gemma is a property finance and secured lending specialist, and the innovative leader of our Banking and Finance sector team. She is a highly regarded, and relied upon professional advisor, who is known personally by many of the institutional banks and their representatives, whether or not clients of the firm.

Gemma has more than 16 years’ experience working within real estate (residential and commercial), with more than 11 of those years specifically developing her expertise and knowledge of finance and secured lending.

Gemma Coles handles a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters. Gemma is a member of the Real Estate Charity Team and advises a number of charity clients on all property related matters.
