Graduated with honors in Law at Università degli Studi in Milan. Member of the Italian Bar – Milan since 2009.

He attended courses on Corporate Criminal Law and administrative liability of Entities. He participated in drafting Organization, Management and Control Models of important companies, both listed and non-listed, and also gained in-depth experience as member of various supervisory bodies.

He has studied the issues of corporate criminal law and business by combining purely legal notions and a deep understanding of corporate reality. He specialized in the prevention of corporate and business crimes as well as in the analysis of more strictly criminal aspects of tax law.

His activity of study and analysis has always been accompanied by an intensive procedural activity, especially at Milan courts, and is still member of supervisory bodies in medium-sized and small companies.
