Caroline Dunne is a Consultant Solicitor specialising in criminal law, road traffic and regulatory offences. Since qualifying in 1992, Caroline has conducted a wide range of cases from murder to public order offences with a particular interest in vulnerable adults and young people. Caroline is a court and police station duty solicitor and also has higher rights of audience in criminal courts.

It is often the case for those facing road traffic offences or an allegation, that they have breached regulatory provisions are surprised to find their matter listed in the criminal courts. With most prosecutions, early advice is invaluable and can often avoid a disqualification. Caroline has extensive experience in advising and representing those summonsed for speeding, careless/dangerous driving, using a mobile telephone whilst driving, failing to nominate a driver believed to have committed a road traffic offence as well as the consequential risk of losing a driving licence due to the number of points it has acquired.
Caroline has also prosecuted offences on behalf of local authorities.
