Before beginning his collaboration with Morri Rossetti e Associati, Carlo Impalà developed several professional experiences in leading international law firms, both in Italy and abroad, as well as at the Judicial Cooperation Office of the Italian Permanent Representation to the EU in Brussels (BE).
His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, extraordinary corporate transactions, preparation and implementation of corporate governance and compliance models (in particular with reference to data protection and administrative liability of organizations pursuant to Legislative Decree. 231/2001). He also boasts particular expertise in drafting and negotiating national and international commercial agreements, with specialization in antitrust and regulatory profiles, mainly in the automotive, Information and Communications Technology, insurance, energy, in organized large-scale distribution and advertising sectors.
He is Head of the TMT and Data protection team of Morri Rossetti within which he deals with law and regulation applicable to Internet, online publishing and advertising, privacy and data protection, telecommunications, copyright, e-commerce, information technology, media and outsourcing.
Expertise and professional education
Graduated in Law, maxima cum laude, at the University of Palermo (2007), he attended one academic semester at the Georg August University of Göttingen (GE) and he received a LL.M. in Advanced European Legal Studies at the College of Europe in Bruges (BE), focusing on European law, comparative corporate law and competition law.
He also attended an Executive Master in the field of Digital Business at the Business School of Il Sole 24 Ore, in collaboration with Netcomm, and he is certified as Data Protection Office according to UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17024:2012.
