Andrew Olins resolves disputes in relation to the buying and selling of development sites where overage provisions, covenants and easements are in issue. He also resolves landlord and tenant disputes including lease renewal proceedings; dilapidations claims; rent review disputes and other issues arising from substantial property portfolios.
Andrew has published various articles, particularly on landlord and tenant matters. He is a Professor of Land Law at Brunel University where he tutors third-year law undergraduates part-time. He is an ADR Group Accredited Mediator and is also a member of the Property Litigation Association. Andrew Olins is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The Institute acts as an international centre for all forms of private dispute resolution. Andrew is a member of the Law Society’s panel of experts for resolving real estate disputes.
Andrew has been ranked as a leader in his field in the Chambers Directory 2018 where he is described as having “very sound instincts with an unparalleled knowledge of law.” Andrew has written two books.
