Andrew is an expert within the field of professional negligence and has successfully represented hundreds of clients throughout his career. He has over a decade of experience working in London law firms and has exclusively practised within the field of professional negligence since qualifying as a solicitor.

He appreciates that it can be difficult to seek advice when trust in a professional has already been tested, or completely lost, because of possible negligence. He adopts an understanding, considered and balanced approach to advising upon the merits of a potential claim and how best to achieve a satisfactory resolution. Andrew is skilled at reviewing often very large amounts of documents, distilling this down to the relevant information, and then clearly advising upon what are particularly complex aspects of the law surrounding this area. He will vigorously pursue matters on behalf of his clients be that through litigation, negotiation, or some other form of alternative dispute resolution.
