Adrienn Tar heads the firm’s Corporate Practice, managing and coordinating the firm’s corporate services. She serves international clients seeking to quickly establish and smoothly operate their business concerns in Hungary. 
She provides professional advice and practical, tailored solutions with regards to establishing companies. This comprises everything from labour to contract law and licensing questions.
She supports a wide range of clients, from start-ups to large established multi-nationals.
Recently, she has also focused on mediation in shareholders’ disputes and solving problems among business partners amicably. As a registered mediator, she aims to serve the growing number of family-run businesses in succession planning.
