The BFP law firm, an attorney-at-law partnership, has been created in 2004, whereas the partners have been otherwise working together for over 20 years. We possess expertise and extensive professional experience in the field of civil law, including contracts, real property law, comprehensive handling of investment processes, negotiations; labour law (including collective labour law); private and public commercial law, including company law, tax, insurance and banking law, as well as widely understood administrative law. The law firm also specializes in sports law, providing comprehensive legal assistance to both domestic and foreign commercial entities that function in the line of sports. An important part of our practice is the representation of our Clients in proceedings before common courts and the Supreme Court of Poland, arbitration courts, public administration bodies, administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court of Poland . The firm’s Clients consist mainly of domestic and foreign commercial entities, including both public and private sector enterprises. We also provide assistance to natural persons that do not conduct business activity. Another lead specialization of our firm are personal injury cases. We obtain compensation, redress and pension for our Clients who have sustained personal injury as a result of medical malpractice, aviation accidents, agricultural accidents, road traffic accidents, damage caused by defective products, as well as in other cases in which personal injury has been inflicted. We are involved in a multitude of cases and cross-border transactions in cooperation with other law firms based in Europe and in the United States of America. In the year 2019 our firm has been once again recognized in the prestigious ranking of best domestic law firms “The Legal 500 EMEA 2019”, classifying as one of the top firms in the Insurance area. Individually, Mrs Jolanta Budzowska, attorney-at-law, has been ranked among the 50 most influential lawyers in the ranking conducted by Dziennik Gazety Prawnej in 2019, as the best specialist in Poland in the field of medical malpractice cases. Mrs Jolanta Budzowska has also been recognized as the leader in the field of medical law in the biggest ranking of Polish law firms published by “Rzeczpospolita”.
