International dispute between a German manufacturer, its Finnish client and a German cargo company regarding damages caused to the products during their transport.
Initially failed settlement negotiations having ended up in costly and difficult legal proceedings were taken over by the Eurojuris International Trade, Transport & Insurance members and concluded with a successful settlement to the satisfaction of all parties.
